Bedford Square Brighton

I am wondering if anyone who is a leaseholder of a flat in Bedford 
Square has recently renewed their lease as I am wanting to do this. I 
am interested in any tips, pitfalls and what sort of costs to expect. 
Maybe this request could be put in the FOBS e.letter?
