Healthy Walking

If you have a dog that needs excersise or are just bored then why not try walking!

there is a great signed seafront route  http://www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/index.cfm?request=c1170874

This new signage covers a four mile route from the Marina to Hove Lagoon and includes mile and half-mile markers so you can see how far you've walked.  There's also regular information boards along the route with advice on how to get the most from your walk, and details of where to leave the seafront for major parts of town such as George Street, Churchill Square and the Royal Sussex County Hospital.

Did you know that our site Administrator is a qualified healthwalk leader!
